This Privacy Policy explains how the Uniting Seniors Medicare Solutions collects, uses, shares and safeguards Personal Data and Non-Personal Data on mobile websites, Uniting Seniors Medicare Solutions profiles on social media sites and any other digital services and platforms officially operated or used by Uniting Seniors Medicare Solutions from time to time, as well as by phone or by paper. Canada Anti-Spam Law

Uniting Seniors Medicare Solutions complies with the Canada Anti-Spam Law. Non-Uniting Seniors Medicare Solutions clients or associates who provide us a Canadian mailing address will not receive unauthorized Commercial Electronic Messages (as defined under the Canada Anti-Spam Law) unless these individuals have “opted-in” to receive Commercial Electronic Messages.

Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from or market to children under the age of 13.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages

Uniting Seniors Insurance Solutions may from time to time contact you via text/SMS about your policies with us.  All communications will be in regards to your Medicare policies with us and will never be more than 1 time per day.
